Exchange & Returns Policies

At Vaynore, we take pride in our embroidery and craftsmanship. Every piece is made with precision and care. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Exchange Policy

If you’re unhappy with your order due to size or any other valid reason, you can request an exchange within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.

• Delivery and courier charges will apply.

• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the tags intact.

• You need to ship the item back on the same day you receive it, to the same address mentioned on the courier slip.

• Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your replacement within 10 days.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the courier charges when sending a product back for exchange.

Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with the quality, fit, or embroidery finish, you can return the product within 48 hours of delivery.

• The item must be unworn, undamaged, and with the original tag & packaging.

• Please courier the product to the same address mentioned on the courier slip.

• Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed via online transfer.

• Courier charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Important: Vaynore is not responsible for any transit damage during return shipping. Customers must coordinate with the courier service directly.

Refund Policy

• If a prepaid order is undelivered due to customer refusal or unavailability, and a refund is later requested, the refund will be processed after deducting ₹120 (approx.) as shipping cost (charges may vary depending on location).

• Refunds will be issued only via online transfer.

• If you pay online, the amount will be credited back to the same payment source.

• If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), please share your bank details for the refund process.

• Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and verify the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that products purchased during offers or promotional deals such as:

BUY 2 GET 1 FREE, Stock Clearance, or Limited-Edition Sales
are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
